Kingussie High School

Kingussie High School is a school with traditional values but a modern approach. Where possible we like to support our learners though the use of our local environment and appropriate technology. Situated in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park we are one of 28 secondary schools in the Highland Council area. We have a current school roll of around 401 pupils. This roll is expected to rise to approximately 500 over the next few years. As of December 2018 Ian Adamson is Headteacher of KHS.

Dear Parent/Carer/Student Mr Adamson outlined in his letter to parents last week that we are breaking from our current timetable for the last week of term (beginning Monday 29th June). At this time of year we would usually be enjoying lots of fun activities and we wanted to build that into this term too. Please have a look at the suggested activities HERE . All of the activities can earn house points if you complete the Google Form at the end of the slide by Thursday 2nd July. We hope you enjoy as many of these activities as possible - have fun.
